My work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, marketing leadership and business execution. I am usually most useful in moments when a business has ambition, but needs more focus, rhythm and discipline to turn that ambition into results.
Over the past 17+ years, I have worked across large corporations, local healthcare businesses and entrepreneurial companies. My background includes Danone, PepsiCo, Secom Healthcare and several advisory and freelance mandates with Romanian founders and leadership teams.
I have led teams from 2 to 120 people, managed international and local brands, worked in C-suite and board-level contexts, and helped businesses move from ideas, pressure and complexity to clearer priorities and stronger execution.
